Trackers not connecting to the app1. Connection & Network USB Connection: Connect your trackers to a USB 3.0 port on your PC to ensure high-speed and stable data transfer. Wi-Fi Requirements: Use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network — some trackers are incompatible with 5 GHz. Ensure your Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password contain only letters (A-Z, a-z), with no spaces or special characters. Alternative Network: If possible, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network available in your home. 2. Security Settings Firewall & Antivirus: Temporarily disable Windows Firewall and any antivirus software to check if they're preventing the connection. 3. Alternative Method (Workaround) Create a Hotspot: Set up a Wi-Fi hotspot directly from your PC using a new network name and password. Connect your trackers to this new hotspot and retry the connection via the app. 4. Still Not Working? If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please contact our technical support team for further assistance. ⚡ Extra Tips: Restart both your computer and trackers. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version. Try connecting the trackers to another PC to isolate the issue.
